Hailey Bieber and Justin Bieber secretly tied the knot in a civil ceremony at a New York City courthouse last September, and since then fans have been begging for details on the couple’s wedding ceremony and reception.
But, eager fans will have to wait as People reports the couple have decided to put their plans on hold.
A source close to Bieber told the publication that the pair are “figuring out the perfect time to do it, and they both feel like the sooner, the better.”
The newlyweds are “still figuring it out,” the insider added.
According to the People, the Bieber’s originally wanted to have their second wedding in January, however, they will be opting for a later date.
“They’re working with the schedules of all their friends and family to make sure they can be surrounded by the people they love,” the source added.“There’s no real rush. They’re already legally married, but they’re very excited about throwing a celebration with their loved ones.”
Justin proposed to Hailey in July last year, while the pair were on a romantic trip in the Bahamas. The singer surprised his model girlfriend with a huge diamond ring from Solow & Co, estimated to be worth $500,000.
While we don’t have any details from Hailey on what her wedding planning looks like, we can only assume she’ll take inspiration from her older sister Alaia who wed Andrew Aronow in 2017.
The 22-year-old served as her big sis’ Maid of Honour, and wore a sleek black halter gown, while the bride wore a white, strapless ruffled, tulle wedding ball gown and later changed into a white sheath gown with tulle cap sleeves for the reception.
