The show might have ended some 14 years ago, but that doesn’t mean fans are any less passionate about it – and now one fan has sent the internet into a spin with a single tweet.
Comedian Emily Heller, posted a musing about the show’s resident brother and sister, Ross (played by David Schwimmer) and Monica.
So basically, what she means is because the couple would have been part of the core group of friends, and they would have had to choose sides in the break up. And with Ross possessing more than a few, shall we say character flaws, the theory goes that the gang would have stuck with Carol had there not been a familial obligation – ie. Monica and Ross being brother and sister.
However not everyone was convinced:
Either way we’re just loving another excuse to keep watching after all these years…
