According to Spotify, Ed Sheeran‘s “Thinking Out Loud” is currently the most popular wedding song on the planet, so you’d think that Ed himself would wanna play the wedding banger at his own ceremony, right?
WRONG!
Ed actually has no interest in playing his own music at his wedding to longtime GF Cherry Seaborn.
In an interview with Oprah magazine, Ed revealed that he’ll be playing Van Morrison‘s “Brown Eyed Girl” at the event.
“If the bride doesn’t have brown eyes, a lot of the guests probably will — so whenever I sing it, the dance floor goes off,” Ed shared.
Well, it is Ed’s special day so it’s totally his call.
We just think it’s a missed opportunity, is all.
