We’ve heard a lot about a Gossip Girl remake happening… but no real details yet.
However, now that it’s been ten years since the show aired, creators are apparently ‘days’ away from announcing the shows comeback.

“It’s just a question of dotting the ‘i’s and crossing the ‘t’s, then it’ll be all systems go,” an insider has told NW magazine.
“The plot is all worked out, though. It’ll be a jump forward in time, factoring in where the show ended, and then fast-forwarding to where the characters are and what they’re doing now.”
So how will it work, with Dan Humphrey being Gossip Girl and all? Well, apparently they’re going to erase that plotline completely.
Yep.
“For storyline purposes, it works better to have Gossip Girl go back to being anonymous,” says the insider.
