As much as we like to think we’ve got season two of Riverdale figured out, with all the fan theories and such, we really have no freakin’ clue what will happen.
It doesn’t help that the cast haven’t really revealed anything…
However, Lili Reinhart has finally let some tea slip, and you probs won’t like it.
Betty (Lili) and Veronica (Camila Mendes) are going to get into an HUGE fight.
“With any friendship, there’s going to be drama,” Lili said to Elle magazine. “They’re both dealing with such intense family drama. The mystery of season 2 revolves around Betty and takes its toll on Betty and her mental health, and that kind of puts a strain on her and Veronica’s friendship.”
But that ain’t all.
“They get into a fight head-to-head and just really have a genuine fight, which you didn’t exactly see past the first three episodes in season 1.”
True, the only real ~fight~ we’ve seen between the two was when Veronica kissed Archie, but she apologised to Betty immediately and they’ve remained close ever since.
“They’re a really great female friendship,” Lili continued. “The friendship is still there; they’re still a crime-fighting duo, which you see more of. I love having scenes with Cami. I know how much people love seeing Betty and Veronica together.”
