Set to become the season’s resident villain, the pretty blonde ditches her girl-next-door persona, revealing her fiery temper.
‘This is nothing like the Florence people have seen before,’ says a friend.
‘No-one could believe what they were seeing.’
Seemingly unable to handle her feelings towards on-again, off-again love interest Jake, Florence reached boiling point – eventually causing the most explosive scenes on Australian reality television to date.
‘Jake and Flo hooked up a few times before the show,’ reveals our spy.
‘And I think she thought they would just take off where they left things, but that didn’t go her way.’
In a dramatic showdown with tears, name calling and even an incident involving security, producers were left devastated when she didn’t receive a rose – forcing her to leave the show after only a few episodes.
‘She was tipped as one of their main characters and they were furious that no-one kept her in,’ says the spy.
