Cara Delevingne shocked everyone yesterday when she tweeted that she and Ashley Benson had broken up… but thankfully it was just a false alarm.

The tweet, that was sent out on Cara’s official page, simply read: “Me and Ashley broke up.”
While Cara is yet to clarify whether the tweet was due to someone hacking her account or was legit for the 20 minutes it was up online, Ashley has set the record straight on Instagram that she and Cara are still together.
While hanging out with her Pretty Little Liars crew in Berlin, Ashley posted a couple of cute shots on Insta.
When one fan commented on the photo asking if she and Cara had broken up, Ashley simply replied, “nope.”
Just Jared Jr. is certain that the entire thing was a hack, as many other tweets were sent out from Cara’s account around the same time as the breakup announcement, including an iPhone giveaway.
All of the tweets were deleted as soon as Cara seemingly got hold of her account, but there was no confirmation from her about what actually happened.
Cara and the Pretty Little Liars star have been dating or over a year and a half, becoming one of the strongest couples in Hollywood since!
