Yesterday, Ariana Grande took to the Grammys stage to perform “Thank U, Next,” “Imagine” and “7 Rings”.

HOWEVER, Twitter couldn’t help but notice that Ari made a subtle dig toward her ex-fiance Pete Davidson while on stage.
At the end of the entire, the 26-year-old singer VERY obviously took the ring off her hand and placed it into a ring box, before smiling cheekily at the crowd.
“Started this era with a ring ending without one and @ArianaGrande came out one stronger of a fucking human I adore you,” one fan tweeted.
Ariana and Pete broke off their engagement in October 2018, so fans saw the symbolic move as a way of Ari telling her fans that she is well and truly moved on from that heartbreak. Two of the three songs were even inspired by Pete.
Fans, as expected, adored her for it.
“Ariana Grande just shaded the hell out of Pete #Grammys2020,” one fan wrote.
“Did @ArianaGrande just diss Pete Davidson at the end of her performance with that ring box?! #GRAMMYs,” wrote another.
“WAS THAT PETE’S RING SHE JUST PUT AWAY??! @ArianaGrande deserves everything #GRAMMYs“
SHE CLOSED THE ERA BY PUTTING THE RING IN THE BOX! I’M CRYING!! THAT WAS EVERYTHING!!! #GRAMMYs @ArianaGrande
What a queen!
Unfortunately, Ariana walked away with no Grammy awards.
