I personally can’t handle a phone call with one person (just f*ing text me?), so the thought of a group FaceTime chat with 31 FRIENDS gives me unexplainable anxiety.
But, I can see the appeal in it for people who actually enjoy social interactions.
Apple has just announced at WWDC that you’ll be able to have a group FaceTime session with up to 31 friends at a time, thanks to their iOS12 update.
In addition, the new function is something you can implement in any group chat. So you can jump from iMessage to FaceTime with a simple press of a button.
You will also be able to use filters during the group FaceTime as well, which means we’ll all be sitting in a chat staring at ourselves like we do on Snapchat anyway.
What a time to be alive.
