Whichever one you’re feeling, we are SURE your thoughts towards Jeff Atkins (played by Brandon Larracuente) are simply just, WHY?!?!?!?

Jeff was Clay’s good friend, and basically the only nice guy at the school (aside from Clay). He was also a jock, which made it even more incredible that he was nice, ‘cos let’s face it… the rest of them were AWFUL.

Unfortunately, Jeff DIED and it was HEARTBREAKING because a) it wasn’t his fault, b) it could have been prevented and c) he is basically the reason why Clay grew a pair and got close to Hannah.

After Cherry ran down the stop sign after the party and failed to report it, Jeff drove through it, getting into a car accident that resulted in his death. Because he was picking up beers for the party, everyone assumed he was drunk driving. Which, he wasn’t.

NOW, fans have come together to turn him into a meme about how he deserved better and we couldn’t bloody agree more.
