As Page Six reports, the exes were seen dining at the cozy Dell’anima restaurant in the West Village on Thursday “looking very much like a couple".
“They were talking and sitting very close,” a source told the publication. “They were laughing and smiling. They both seemed happy.”
However, a source also told PEOPLE that the Amazing Spider-Man costars are merely just supportive friends.
The pair split up in 2015 after dating on and off for nearly four years and have been on good terms since.
Of course, it is very, very likely that it is possible for two ridiculously good looking humans to remains *just* friends after a breakup, but we’re really rooting for a reunion here.
Stone was most recently linked to Saturday Night Live writer and segment director Dave McCary; they were last photographed together in February.
Stone’s representative had no comment.
