In the show, Clay's entire life is revolved around Hannah Baker and her death, and as much as the show has consumed his IRL life too... this is next level.
While out, Dylan took a photo of his car where a fan had left a message, "SORRY FOR HANNAH" outlined on the window.
He captioned the pic, "I don't know if I should be flattered or scared about this being written on my car? Either way, I'm taking it as a reminder that I need to get my car washed."
Dylan has previously opened up about his role to Entertainment Weekly, where he admits that, "Clay and Hannah's story is so amazing and Katherine [Langford] was fantastic. The scene where Clay thinks back to what he could've said to Hannah to save her life I think is such an impactful scene and meant so much to me when I read it. I don't even know if a scene has ever hit me as much as that. Sitting there reading it, knowing what it means, I've never quite felt so attached to a character or scene in anything I've ever done."
He's like Clay IRL, so cute.
Not sure whether Dylan will be able to escape his character as Clay for a very, very long time, and we don't think he'll want to.
