No more acne shame!
Demi Lovato is all about being real, so what's more real than showing your millions of followers acne?
Well... to be fair, we're finding this 'acne reveal' pretty underwhelming. Demi posted a makeup free selfie on her Instagram, captioned, "Can you spot the acne dot?"

NO, WE CAN'T.
But, we're not here to acne shame anyone! Even when the acne seems non-existent. The moral of the story here is that we shouldn't be ashamed to show our real skin to anyone, because we alllll get acne.
While Demi's acne is nowhere near as extreme as some cases, it's a great message she is sending.
