Because the internet can sometimes be a total trash fire, those online were quick to fuel rift rumours between Taylor and Demi after the Sorry Not Sorry singer posted a cryptic message about skipping the MTV Video Music Awards.
It turns out the cagey post was all in Demi keeping her guest spot on Will & Grace a secret, but because the internet is messy people ran with the drama anyway.

Despite they're rich and rocky history, Demi and Taylor have officially put their bad blood behind them in a very public statement of friendship.
On Monday Septemebr 2, Demi shared two screenshots supporting the Lover singer.
"A jam", Demi wrote over a screenshot of Taylor's certified banger Cruel Summer (you're not wrong there Demi).

In her next INstagram Story, Demi write a special shout out to Taylor, which preaches girls having eachothers backs - a messgage we can all 100% get behind.

In case we weren't feeling the warm and fuzzy's enough, Miss Taylor Swift jumped on the love train and posted a screenshot of Demi's message to her own Insta Story.
