One thing she opens up to her fans about is how she struggled with her eating disorder this June, admitting that she relapsed after missing her ex-boyfriend Wilmer Valderrama.
“I relapsed with throwing up, binging and purging, a couple nights ago,” she tells her manager, Phil McIntyre.
“What started the relapse was missing Wilmer,” she continues.
She continued to analyse that she relapses usually when she is feeling lonely.
“When I feel lonely, my heart feels hungry and then I end up binging.”
It's an incredibly brave thing for Demi to speak so openly about, but she hopes that being so honest will help other people who struggle with the same thing realise that they are not alone.
