The scene shows Sierra sneaking out of the house, only to be caught by Josie who's just come back from a run.
Josie questions her mother on having to work at the law firm on a Saturday which Sierra brushes off.
The former Pussycat was so tired of her mum lying to her face and sneaking around behind her back before trying to smooth it over with a “girls night”.

Later in the episode, Josie catches Major McCoy with Sheriff Keller and discovers that her parents are going to get a divorce because of the divorce, which prompted her to tell Kevin the truth.
We don’t blame her tbh.
