Not because she cares if they have more "following" than her, but because she believes they are committing a crime, and being frauds, ripping off the beauty, fashion and lifestyle industry.
"Brands are investing so much money and product into influencers. And I am seeing a lot of influencers committing fraud by fraudulently acquiring followers, comments and likes on Instagram," she explains.
Posting a near 20 minute video on YouTube, Chloe explains how you can spot a fake influencer, and how they are ruining the huge business social media has become.
"You can't go to a brand and say you have 500,000 followers, because you bought them. It's fake," she concludes.
