"💕 Chi 💕 Noel 💕" she wrote.
Kim's full name is actually Kimberly Noel Kardashian. Legally, she dropped "Noel" when she married Kanye West.
As for North and Saint, they don't have any middle names... but it looks like Chicago has taken Kim's from her, which is totally cute.
