However, the hardest part of the episode to watch was when Brittany Hockley confronted Cass, and basically forced her to admit to having an intimate relationship with Nick in the past.
Cass was visibly uncomfortable, and kept telling Brittany that she was being inappropriate, but pissed Brittany pushed and pushed her to answer.
"We... like, I don't know... what to say... like, we kissed and stuff. I don't know. This is just a really inappropriate situation. I didn't want to have to do this. I actually don't know how to handle this situation... it wasn't a relationship," Cass responded.
Since the episode aired, people have expressed their rage for Brittany who they claim 'slut-shamed' Cass on national tv.
"Don't you hug her, Brit. Don't you dare touch Cass after the slut shaming you just put her through," one person wrote on Twitter.
"How dare Brittany make someone else feel ashamed of their past and make them reveal sensitive personal details?" wrote another.
"Can we just acknowledge the bullying that Brittany inflicted on Cass? It's never okay to push someone like that, but it's especially inappropriate on national TV."
Speaking to Cosmopolitan Australia both girls have admitted that despite the backlash, they have forgiven each other now and are "best friends," says Cass. "Nothing will ever change that."
