Bad b*tch Billie Eilish doesn't play by the rules fam.
Just because she's MEGA famous doesn't mean your gal won't get out and amongst it on Halloween.

Billie Eilish told TMZ in September that she has every intention of celebrating the holiday when she's home in Los Angeles, and your gal has a sneaky way to get around the paps while in fancy dress.
"I might put on some mask, pretending not to be me," Billie said.

Billie also told TMZ that she wants to go trick-or-treating this year, so if you live in Hollywood and ANYONE knocks at your door in a mask and neon green roots, there's a 99% chance Billie Eilish is taking your candy.
