When talking to TMZ about her new mullet hair cut, the Bad Guy singer revealed that the only reason she got a mullet was because her hair had burnt off.
Yes, you read that correctly.
According to Billie, when a hairdresser went to dye her hair some of it actually sizzled off, leaving the singer no choice but to rock a mullet.

"Somebody dyed my hair and they burnt half of it off," she told TMZ. "Now it looks like a mullet...That sh*t is not on purpose though."
Just to be clear, while we think Billie is absolutely SLAYING the Ocean Eyes singer has no intention of keeping the mullet, telling TMZ: "I'm growing that sh*t out."
