One of Kylie Jenner‘s go-to methods for showing off the latest prods in her Kylie’s Cosmetics range is to open up pop-up shops to allow fans to have a browse and try out the makeup.
While this has been V. successful for the beauty mogul in the past, her latest pop-up shops have come under fire for being unhygienic.
The pregnant reality star teamed up with Topshop to debut some of her latest prods at various stores across the U.S.
Loads of fans descended on the stores to check it out, including a few famous YouTubers.
Unforch for Kylie, the MUAs did not like what they saw and have vlogged about the “hot mess” that was her pop-up venture.
YouTuber Rich Lux claims that staff allowed customers to ruin the products by opening the packaging and tarnishing the makeup.
“There was this table with Kylie makeup in it, and it was just all thrown together,” he says.
“People not only used put it on their hand, put it on the white table, put it on the glass, and then threw away the cap. The packaging was torn and looked like a hot friggin’ mess.”
“Off to the side was some more of her products, and it was basically a hot mess too. I was like, why is this all thrown together? It almost looks like it was Marshall’s or T J Maxx … almost like a swap-meet.”
Yikes!
Kylie has yet to respond to all the controversy surrounding her pop-up stores and it’s hella awkward!
