Deciding to cut your fringe is a big commitment and one that we’ve all battled. To cut bangs, or to not cut bangs?
It’s the same back and forth YouTuber Aubri Ibrag experienced before she decided to cut her fringe.
During a recent appearance on Girlfriend’s Beauty Boss podcast, the 19-year-old told us who inspired her haircut and it’s none other than the lead singer of British rock band Queen!
“I’m obsessed with Freddie Mercury and I loved his fashion so much, I think he’s so iconic,” she said.
“I looked back at the older photos of him and he had bangs and short hair and I just really wanted to embrace the look and like I really, really, really love Freddie Mercury.
He was like a real inspiration for me and I thought why not just do it. I thought about it for a few weeks, it lingered on my mind and I was like ‘Yep, let’s do it!’”
We’d say she’s definitely pulling the look off like a queen!
