Tatcha has accused Too Faced of stealing their white an gold colour scheme, logo and medallion and that the designs are far too similar to their Kyoto Red and Sunrise: A Plum Blossom lipsticks.
The lawsuit even has Tatcha quoting specific Instagram comments from fans, including one that says, “The lipstick has the exact same packaging as the Tatcha lipstick, lol.”
Yikes.
Another day, another beauty brand being sued!
Too Faced have declined to comment on the allegations.
