Sorry, did we hear that right? Selena Gomez’s iconic beauty line, Rare Beauty, the one we’ve been not-so-patiently waiting for to get our hands on, is finally coming to Australia?

Yes! That’s right, the rumours are true, and the pop-queen herself has decided to make her mark on our little ol’ Aussie shores, after she excitedly announced that Rare Beauty has now gone global.
And that of course includes Australia, with our fave products from the Rare Beauty range to be available from as soon as next month, on August 5.
So, ahead of its launch Down Under, we’ve nailed down where exactly you can shop the full range, so you can be well and truly prepared to spend some coin.
As of August 5, you’ll be able to shop Rare Beauty both in-store and online at Sephora Australia.
The full line of cosmetics, which includes 14 categories and 133 products, will be available for you to shop until your heart is content.
That includes getting your hands on the Perfect Strokes Matte Liquid Liner to take your wing to the next level, the Liquid Touch Weightless Foundation for a flawless base, as well as the Soft Pinch Liquid Blush to give you that sun-kissed, dewy look.
Selena first announced the news that her brand was going to be available worldwide, with a cute pic of her standing with balloons that read out ‘Rare Beauty Global’.
“So excited that @rarebeauty is now global!” she captioned the post.
“I’ve put my heart and soul into my brand and couldn’t be more grateful I get to share it all over the world. Was on set today shooting our next campaign -so sad I couldn’t be in each country to celebrate. Can’t wait to visit and see y’all soon! ♥️💋💄”
The brand was first launched last year in September, where Selena said she wanted to release beauty products that not only feel great, but also “celebrate what makes each of us rare”.
“These products aren’t about being someone else, it’s about being who you are, whether that’s rocking a full face of bold makeup or barely any makeup at all,” she said.
“Makeup is something to enjoy, it’s not something you need. I want every person to feel beautiful exactly as they are.”
All the products are cruelty-free, vegan and suitable for all skin types, plus one per cent of all sales go towards Gomez’s own mental health initiative, the Rare Impact Fund.
