From Dance Moms alum Maddie Ziegler to Dune actors Zendaya and Timothée Chalamet, the red carpet was buzzing with celebrities.
The best part? The A-list served up a smorgasbord of delicious hair and makeup moments.

Billie Eilish
Billie Eilish is basically a beauty slot machine at this point. The musician has ever-evolving hair she always compliments with subtle but beautiful makeup looks. That kitten eyeliner? To die for. The jet-black, flicky bob? Even better.
Zendaya
The second Zendaya steps on the red carpet we immediately have trouble breathing. We’re reaching for our inhalers stat because the Dune actress has us in a literal chokehold with this romantic updo and silver-toned smokey eye.
Zoë Kravitz
Catwoman kept things classic for the 2022 Oscars red carpet, with Kravitz taking inspiration from Old Hollywood icon Audrey Hepburn with her side swept micro fringe and thick, fluffy arches.
Timothée Chalamet
It’s hard to talk about good hair without mentioning Timothée Chalamet. The actor exists in a niche category of men who can seemingly roll out of bed and hit the red carpet looking amazing with little to no effort at all.
Megan Thee Stallion
Megan Thee Stallion kept things refined and elegant with a sleek updo and expertly coiled baby hairs. Her eye makeup (as usual) was dramatic but perfect, with the rapper accentuating her almond shaped brown peepers with a sheen of smokey bronze eyeshadow.
Lily James
The Pam and Tommy actress delivered Pamela Anderson ‘90s-era sexy with a relaxed ‘bedhead’ blow-dry and moody, monochromatic brown eye makeup and lipstick.
Demi Singleton
The King Richard actress showed off an impressive (not to mention lengthy) braid that cascaded down the back of her lilac-hued gown, and kept her skin fresh and glowy.
Maddie Ziegler
Soft, pretty and not too OTT. Maddie Ziegler really nailed the soft glamour we know and love from an A-list red carpet event. Now if only we can figure out how to get our eyeshadow blended that seamlessly…
Halle Bailey
As far as we’re concerned Halle Bailey can do no wrong. The Grown-ish actress styled her locs into a sculptural updo and kept her neutral-toned makeup on the glowy side for the red carpet.
Tati Gabrielle
Tati Gabrielle is never afraid to try something a bit different. For the Oscars this year she kept the focus on her wavy, braided updo with a pop of gilded gold inner corner highlight to accentuate her natural makeup.
Becky G
Becky G looked picture perfect on the red carpet with her sleek and shiny blowout styled to sit behind her shoulders. Also can we please discuss how expertly finished the woman’s makeup is? She can’t see it but we have heart eyes.
