Turns out her glam looks harder than it actually is

Kylie Jenner knows she’s a lot of girls’ makeup idol. Having lots of money for endless products isn’t why either, it’s because she’s not afraid to take risks AND she’s happy to share her tips and tricks with fans. The ever sharing Kylizzle shared her everyday 20 minute (and 12 product) routine on her popular app…

You’ll probably be slower on the first run through (yes, we’ve tried it and yes, we got quicker the more we did it #KylieExperiment) but let’s get the steps going! Oh, and we included the products Kylie uses incase you want that ~aesthetic~ but you can also use whatever you want.

Step 1.
Kylie usually switches up moisturisers, but in the video grabs Benefit Total Moisture Facial Cream to cover her face.

Step 2.
It’s brow time already! She fills them in with Anastasia Beverly Hills Brow Wiz in Soft Brown, saying: “If you ever colour it too dark, don’t you fear, brush it through.”

Step 3.
This is where it gets high tech: Kylie mixes TWO foundations together! She blends her Make Up For Ever Ultra HD Foundation and Buxom Show Some Skin Weightless Foundation on the top of an old makeup palette (you can use the back of your hand but this way there’s less product wastage). She then buffs into her face using the Tarte Airbuki Bamboo Powder Foundation Brush.

Step 4.
Kardashian Kontouring is here. Kylie highlights her nose, chin, forehead and undereye area with Nars Radiant Creamy Concealer. She pats it all with a disposable makeup sponge (but mentions she’s fond of a Beautyblender too). She then lightly applies Stila Aqua Glow Perfecting Bronzer under her cheekbones to make them pop and sets the whole thing with powder (La Mer Translucent Powder is her go-to). Kylie tip: “Don’t use too much powder, otherwise it ends up looking a little cakey.”

Step 5.
Onto the eyes (see how quick this is going?!) Kylie also ‘contours’ her eyes, using a MAC 217 Blending Brush with a brown shadow from the Too Faced Chocolate Bar Eyeshadow Palette and a white shadow from same kit to highlight underneath her brows.

Step 6.
Kylie then curls her lashes “to the gods.” We’d also use a mascara here but we guess she doesn’t need to coz lash extensions?

Step 7.

Adding a bit of colour, Kylie grabs a MAC 129 brush to apply Charlotte Tilbury Cheek to Chic Swish & Pop Blush. Followed with another soft layer of contouring, this time using Charlotte Tilbury Face Sculpt and Highlight on the bridge of the nose.

Step 8.
Instead of eyeliner, Kylie uses a dark brown shadow from the Too Faced Chocolate Bar palette to line her eyes and her Lip Kit in Dolce on her lips, plus Charlotte Tilbury Lip Magic balm on top because it “gives you that natural, my-lips-are-this-color look” (even if they’re not).

Step 9.

Grab your Urban Decay All Nighter Makeup Setting Spray and spritz over (eyes closed!) to set the whole look.

And now you’re good to go! Did it take you the 20 minutes promised?
