The singer has taken to her Instagram Story to show her fans that her natural hair is actually quite short, thick and curly AF!

The 26-year-old filmed the video in her bathroom mirror, running her hands through her very textured hair which was bundled up into a (short) pony. She pulled it up to show the length, and how it was still in the process of growing.

“you [sic] hair is insane. when will we see you on stage w it? @ArianaGrande,” one fan asked on Twitter

Other fans agreed, with one writing, “I LOVE YOUR NATURAL HAIR SO MUCH!! PLS WEAR IT LIKE THAT OFTEN @ArianaGrande.”

“KEEP UR HAIR LIKE THIS ALL THE TIME ISS HELLA CUTE,” wrote another enthusiastic fan.

But it’s not the first time Ari has displayed her real hair sans extensions.

In February, she explained how the peroxide blonde bleached had ruined her hair, and that she was trying to grow it.

“they gotta grow first ! that blonde last year …….. tarnished. BUT they’re like halfway back. :),” she replied to one of her fans on Twitter.

The damage hasn’t just come from her blonde hair though. When she was a star on the Nickelodeon show Sam & Cat, her hair was ruined by constantly dyeing it bright red.

“My actual hair is so broken that it looks absolutely ratchet and absurd when I let it down,” Grande said at the time. “As annoying as it is for y’all to look at the same hairstyle all the time, it’s all that works for now (and I’m comfortable for the first time in years).”
