Employers who break this law will face hefty fines, such as AU$112,000, and up to six months in jail.
The bill also includes that photos of models that have been altered, in any way, should be labelled "touched up."
France isn't the first country to take this step either, with Italy, Spain and Israel doing the same.
Unfortunately for the country, anorexia affects between 30,000 to 40,000 and 90% of them are female.
