But... he wasn't the only one.
J.K. Rowling decided to blow everyone's minds again this week, by revealing some fam history of the Potter's, on Pottermore.
According to Marie Claire, there was another Harry Potter in the wizarding world, way before the one we know and love came about.
And, he plays an important role.
Original Harry, who was also known as Henry, was a little controversial. In fact, he was the reason why the Potter's weren't included in the Sacred Twenty-Eight. (A list of pureblood wizarding families composed by an "anonymous source").
He was infamous among wizards for his views on muggles. Apparently, he had beef with the Minister for Magic over it.
"Henry caused a minor stir wen he publicly condemned then Minister for Magic, Archer Evermonde, who had forbidden the magical community to help Muggles waging in the First World War," the post reads on Pottermore.
"His outspokenness on the behalf of the Muggle community was also a strong contributing factor in the family's exclusion from the 'Sacred Twenty-Eight'".
Sounds pretty similar to our Hazza Potter, doesn't it?
