#Understandable.
But, for Piers, he took a nice moment of Katy Perry praising the Queen for visiting victims in hospital, and turned it into a nasty jab against Ariana.
"God bless The Queen and her kind heart #StayStrongManchester," Katy tweeted.
Unfortunately, Piers replied with, "Agreed. Might have been nice if @ArianaGrande had stayed to do the same."
Uhhh, K?
But, it didn't even end there.
Fans started calling Piers Morgan out for his rude comment, tweeting things like, "I'm not a fan of using twitter to hurl insults, but that animal Morgan is a disgrace to humanity. Thoughts are with you, Ms Grande."
"She's probably traumatised herself you f*** idiot!," said another.
Piers responded to the hate with, "Probably not as much as those killed & wounded. She should have stayed to visit her injured fans."
He also wrote, in a now deleted tweet, "I expected better from her. Her fans have been decimated. Stay, visit, comfort."
Ariana has been just as traumatised as anybody else after the entire thing, but over the weekend released her official statement.
In the statement, she announced a benefit concert she will be holding back in Manchester, asking her fellow celebrities to please join her in paying tribute to the fans and victims that lost their lives.
