Last Friday, Khloè posted a video where the star modelled her new range and wrote:
"I always have the BEST time on set with my #GOODSQUAD! How many beautiful, kickass ladies can you spot in my @goodamerican campaign video?"
After seeing the post, designer Destiney Bleu wrote a super sassy response to the vid.
"When someone buys 1 of everything on your site, has you make them custom @dbleudazzled work, never posts it or wears it, then copies it," she wrote.
The designer then took to the Twitter account of her clothing range, Dbleudazzled to post proof that the reality star had copied her work.
"In case you're wondering. #NoFrauds," she wrote alongside pics of her designs versus pics of Khloè's designs.
Soon after, Kardashian fans started slamming the designer for seeking "15 minutes of fame" by going after Khlo.
Bleu denied this theory by posting a list of famous clients who she designs outfits for including Beyoncè, Fifth Harmony, Lady Gaga, Iggy Azalea, America's Next Top Model and even Khloè's little sister Kylie Jenner for Cosmopolitan (just to name a few!).
Destiney then went on a savage rant with a series of tweets that slam the star.
"I had stylists friends working on the Good American set and they told me they were shook when they saw her black x nude @dbleudazzled copies," she wrote.
"Dazzle is my livelihood. I pay 3 rents, 5 employees & handmake everything. I did it w/no investment or guidance, I'll always fight for this."
"I have an epic resume and have outstanding relationships with my clients. Im not sitting back and letting this snake shit slide...I know its prolly unprofessional of me to spill the tea but I've had it with these non creative millionaires stealing from indie designers."
She concluded by claiming that she's "trademarked already and lawyered up."
Khloè's fash line, Good American have since responded to the claims with a statement.
"Under no circumstances did Good American or Khloè Kardashian infringe on another brand's intellectual property," they told Cosmopolitan.com.
They went on to say that they're "going through the proper legal channels to handle the situation."
We feel like this isn't the last that we'll hear about this.
Things are about to get even uglier.
