Her first product is a contouring and highlight kit, but it’s the promo photo of herself that is stirring up a lot of drama online.

The edit shows Kim looking a helluva lot darker than what she naturally is, and people are calling her out for “blackface.”

Kim has even made the picture her profile shot on Instagram, and since the backlash, has yet to respond or even delete it from her feed.

It’s not the first time Kim, or most members of the Kardashian/Jenner fam have been involved in a cultural appropriation scandal, which has just made it all the more worse for them rn.

With Kendall‘s Pepsi disaster pushing aside the #BlackLivesMatter movement like it’s unimportant, and Kylie appropriating a trend made by popular Destiny’s Child, this latest scandal seems like the cherry on top.

We’re sure Kim will respond to the backlash, so ~watch this space~.
