Fans have been desperate for info on when After We Collided is getting an official release date—comments flood the film's Instagram accounts pretty much daily. Well, they kinda got an answer when After film producer Jennifer Gibgot replied.
"They haven’t given us a date yet," she wrote. "It’s because theaters have not been given the okay yet to open. The virus is making everything take longer," she continued, emphasising the sad updates with a crying emoji.
Despite the shaky release date situation, there have been a bunch of After We Collided teasers to tide fans over in the meantime. From the looks of things, it seems like Tessa could be toughening up a little? Josephine Langford and Hero Fiennes-Tiffin, who play Tessa and Hardin respectively, are both going to reprise their roles but it doesn't look like it's been smooth sailing for the couple. Especially since it looks like Trevor, played by Dylan Sprouse, is out to cause drama. While shirtless, of course.
"Forget the Tessa you knew. She's stronger than she's ever been," reads the caption of one trailer. It doesn't give too much of the game away but it looks suuuper moody and sees her yelling that line, "There is no, 'your Tessa,' anymore!"
BRB, trying to figure out how that fits with the quite NSFW ultimatum that Tessa gives Hardin in this teaser they shared earlier...
