No time in prison sounds enjoyable, but it seems like it was extra hard for her, revealing that inmates were physically abusing her.
"The first day was the worst day for me," Abby explained, going into more detail by revealing that, “They tried to rip my eyelashes off that were extensions."
OUCH!
She also claims that she was unfairly punished and put into solitary confinement after she was accused of sharing a photo of herself being visited by friends.
Unfortunately, her thyroid and diabetes medications were then removed from her.
She added,"“I would have strange guards that were never in our unit, that I never saw before, walk in and ask other girls, ‘Hey, where’s that Dance Moms lady? Where’s that dance lady? I am going to get her.’ Then they come to your locker, they take a can of red soda pop, shake it up, open it and spray it all over your clothes."
Abby served eight months in prison for bankruptcy fraud, and now, she's looking to move forward from it all.
She will soon be returning to Lifetime with her show Dance Moms Resurrection, and continuing to look after her health, now being free of cancer after ten months of chemo treatment.
