Kelley Janae, now dubbed "Guitariana Grande" uploaded an electric guitar version of "7 Rings" on her Twitter, which has gained SO much attention."
"EVER WONDER WHAT @ArianaGrande #7RINGS WOULD SOUND LIKE IF IT WAS GUITAR DRIVEN? ," she wrote.
In an interview with Teen Vogue, Kelley, the musician from Nashville in her early twenties, explains where she got the inspiration to cover "7 Rings."
"I certainly admire Ariana Grande and her catalog of music. I was listening to '7 Rings' that morning on the way to class and later found myself jamming to it on the guitar when I got home," she says. "I realized it was the perfect song to experiment with a guitar on, and I am all in for girl power! Ariana is truly a definition of girl power, and I thought '7 Rings' was the perfect song to express it with."
Kelley is still basking in her fame from the video too. "I have received nothing but love from that cover," she tells us, "and it is such a beautiful thing to see as that video gains more traction. It is awesome to receive so many positive comments and motivational direct messages. Kehlani even followed me and gave me kudos for the video. It only inspires me to continue doing what I do, as well as stand for female musicians in music."
