Liam Payne is clearly on a mission to break all One Direction fans HEARTS because he keeps dropping bombs that we never asked for.
While some of his interviews include possible mentions of a reunion, most are littered with shocking revelations like how he and Louis Tomlinson despised each other during the early days of the band... and now, Liam is going on about how he has no real reason to still be their friends!
Excuse US?! What about all those video diaries? Did they mean nothing to you??
WATCH: Liam Payne says he and Louis Tomlinson hated each other during 1D which is a real shock to the system...
While Liam insists that he still keeps in touch with his former bandmates, he is pushing that there are some, in particular, he doesn't stay in contact with.
WE NEED NAMES.
Does this include Zayn Malik??? Stop being so vague, Liam.
"I keep in touch with most of them. I think other people just want their space," Liam told Wired. "And also, you know, we worked together for five years. Some of us, we didn't really have that much in common except for that we had a job together. Now that we don't have that job together anymore, there's not really any real reason for us to talk that often. Which is fine. That's just the way people are, really."
If you're wondering why Liam is poppin' off left, right and centre about his glory days, it's because he's just released a new single, "Stack It Up".
In a previous interview about the single, he revealed that it was Harry Styles he speaks least to.
K.
"It's not that I don't get along with anyone, but you're not gonna be best friends with everyone," he continued to tell Wired. "That's just not the way life works, unfortunately."
However, the reunion is still on the cards so don't go losing hope just yet my sweet Directioners.
"The truth is, it's a matter of when at the moment. Everyone's super comfortable doing their own thing and everyone's really happy doing their solo stuff. I'm really enjoying this at the moment," he told the publication.
"I've had great success doing this at the moment. It's just been really, really fun. It's great to watch everybody else venturing out and doing their own thing. It's more to do with where some other people in the band's heads are at with it."
Niall, we think this one's going to fall on you brother. Make it happen.
