Entertainment Tonight has ~officially~ confirmed that US Dancing With The Stars pro Cheryl Burke will take Abby's place. Wait, who?!
In case you're not familiar with her, Cheryl has appeared on 19 seasons of the hit dancing show, so she obviously has ~plenty~ of experience to fill the role. But let's be honest, she's no Abby Lee Miller.
According to a source, Dance Moms will pick up filming again on Wednesday and there will be four more episodes this season. "It's a go with or without Abby," the source spilled to ET. "It's been up in the air because the network said it's either all of the cast or they weren't doing any [more episodes]."
Another insider reckons Abby, who is currently waiting sentencing after pleading guilty to bankruptcy fraud, "bolted from [filming] three or four episodes recently."
And as we already know, Abby announced she was quitting the show on Monday, explaining her reasoning in a shady af Insta post.
"I WILL NO LONGER TAKE PART IN DANCE MOMS. FOR THE PAST SIX YEARS/ SEVEN SEASONS I HAVE ASKED, BEGGED, AND EVEN DEMANDED CREATIVE CREDIT FOR ALL THE IDEAS, AWARD WINNING ROUTINES, THEMES, AND COSTUMING - TO NO AVAIL," she wrote.
What do you guys think of the new Abby? Can the show survive without her?
